About the Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced and career-focused full-time Legal Assistant to join our collaborative Adelaide office across various practice areas. Experience supporting commercial, property and/or wills and estates practice groups will be highly regarded. If you’re passionate about supporting a busy legal practice and delivering exceptional administrative assistance, this is your chance to be part of a team that values initiative, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality administrative and practice support to our lawyers.
• Manage files, prepare documents, and assist with court filings.
• Coordinate diaries, meetings, and deadlines.
• Communicate with clients and external stakeholders.
• Assist with billing and other administrative tasks.
• Contribute to team initiatives and process improvements.

About You

You’ll bring:

• Demonstrated experience in support or administrative roles within a law firm setting.
• Strong communication and client service skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Confidence working independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal practice management systems.
