Description

Monitor all foreclosure operations related messages and/or processes on the client sites. Update and respond as needed.

Act as a liaison between clients and foreclosure operations.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Under Limited supervision update general foreclosure processes on active foreclosure files, in client sites
  • Work on client site processes through all stages of foreclosure.
  • Monitor, reproject, and complete document processes for affidavits, loss mitigation packages, consent judgments.
  • Serve as a client liaison between attorney and clients on foreclosure files.
  • Notify key member of management when stagnant files are discovered to assist in pushing them forward.
  • Review and audit internal systems in order to provide brief summary, status and hearing results to clients.
  • Respond to general case inquiries on behalf of FC Operations and communicate routinely with clients through email and on client site platforms.
  • Address messages in the all-client sites.
  • Assist with the completion of client-specific projects received from compliance department.
  • Submit and communicate activity and monthly status reports to key clients.
  • Conduct internal audit projects related to client sites, prepare detailed final reports, and communicate audit findings to supervisor.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This job does not require the exercise of supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Associate degree preferred but not required
  • Minimum 2 years experience working in a foreclosure firm or default department of a bank
  • Law Firm experience is preferred but not required

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

  • Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel &Outlook
  • Ability to conduct and report research
  • Documentation Skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines while working on multiple projects
  • Ability to utilize multiple internal computer systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in an extremely fast paced environment
  • Capacity to handle a high volume of email & file communications each day
  • Ability to retain and manage sensitive and confidential information
  • Aptitude to quickly learn and navigate legal client systems
  • Extreme attention to details and ability to learn and interpret legal terminology
