Goldman Sachs Alternatives Private Credit
Established in 1996, Private Credit at Goldman Sachs Alternatives is one of the world’s largest private credit investors with over $150 billion in assets across senior direct lending, mezzanine debt, hybrid capital and asset finance. RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Asset & Wealth Management Legal is seeking an experienced credit attorney to provide transactional legal coverage for Private Credit teams working on asset-based financings (ABF) secured by a range of physical or financial assets, structured credit transactions involving contractual obligations of investment grade rated corporates and other structured finance transactions, such as financings for energy transition projects. The attorney will work as part of a team of AWM credit lawyers and will also support fund financing for AWM private-side fund vehicles, including subscription credit facilities, NAV-based facilities, credit ABLs and hybrid facilities. The position offers the opportunity to partner with the business and other control-side areas and oversee legal aspects throughout the transaction life cycle, including the analysis of legal and reputational issues as part of investment committee and portfolio management processes.

Salary Range
The expected base salary for this New York City, United States-based position is $170,000-$270,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
