Legal Affairs & Compliance

Assistant Department Manager



Managing the company's contracts and documentation in accordance with internal regulations. This role also contributes to ensuring that all car financing activities comply with the laws and regulatory requirements of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Contract Management
  • Review of car financing contracts and agreements
  • Follow up with external law firms, audit their work, and submit periodic reports to the department manager

2. Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with regulations issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and other relevant authorities
  • Monitor changes in commercial laws and other related to the company.
  • Report violations and compliance gaps to the department manager
  • Follow up on the implementation of Sharia board decisions within contracts

3. Management Support & Supervision

  • Assist the department manager in overseeing daily operations
  • Prepare periodic legal and compliance reports
  • Promote a culture of compliance across different departments

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Law, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in legal and compliance roles (preferably in financing, automotive, or commercial sectors)
  • Good knowledge of commercial law and contract drafting
  • Understanding of Islamic finance structures and Sharia compliance requirements
  • Familiarity with standards such as AAOIFI is an added advantage
