What your role will look like

As a Legal Advisor, you play a key role in safeguarding the firm’s legal interests while enabling the business to operate confidently and compliantly. Your work matters because it directly supports decision‑making, risk mitigation, and the firm’s day‑to‑day activities across a broad range of legal topics.
  • Provide clear, pragmatic legal advice to business teams on matters such as employment law, commercial law, corporate law, intellectual property, and data protection.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts with clients, partners, and suppliers, ensuring alignment with firm standards and risk appetite.
  • Develop and maintain contract templates, legal clauses, and internal policies that support efficient and consistent ways of working.
  • Contribute to the implementation and ongoing compliance with PwC network policies and standards, including global contracting and co‑branding requirements.
  • Anticipate legal risks by analysing business scenarios and proposing practical mitigation measures.
  • Conduct legal research and deliver concise, solution‑oriented analyses to support business decisions.
  • Share knowledge through legal updates and training sessions, strengthening legal awareness across the firm.

Your growth and opportunities

You will broaden your exposure across multiple areas of business law in a complex, international professional services environment. Over time, you will take increased ownership of files, deepen your subject‑matter expertise, and strengthen your advisory impact with senior stakeholders. The role offers continuous learning through varied legal topics and close collaboration with experienced professionals.

The skills you bring

  • Master’s degree in Law from Luxembourg, Belgium, or France.
  • 1–2 years of professional experience in an in‑house legal role or law firm is an asset.
  • Solid grounding in business law; expertise in employment law is an asset.
  • Proficient drafting and negotiation skills for commercial and employment‑related agreements.
  • Fluency in French and English
Ways of working:
  • You analyse information critically, connect facts to context, and use sound judgment to propose practical legal solutions.
  • You collaborate effectively with colleagues from different teams, building trust and contributing to shared outcomes.
  • You approach complex situations with structure and logic, helping others make sense of legal issues and risks.
  • You act with integrity, handle confidential information with care, and uphold high ethical standards in every situation.
  • You are able to treat several files at the same times.
The skills listed reflect what matters most to succeed in this role. If your experience aligns with them, even if your path looks different, we encourage you to apply and start the conversation with us.
