Key Responsibilities

• Offer comprehensive legal support across various business functions, including contract law, corporate governance, and compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate all legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and corporate policies.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with business operations and project developments.
• Represent the company in legal negotiations, mediations, and conflict resolutions.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to inform decision-making processes.
• Advise internal stakeholders on legal implications and risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with external legal counsel when necessary to ensure comprehensive legal support.

Requirements

• Candidates must possess a legal education along with formal training in diverse areas of law.

• 5+ years of legal experience, preferably in real estate and corporate law.
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian laws and regulations relevant to real estate and business operations.
• Demonstrated ability to draft and negotiate complex legal documents effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
