1. Review lawsuits and labor complaints Arabic memorandums and prepare briefing reports for legal Department review and necessary update to the company management.
2. Investigate any assigned complaints or cases or lawsuits, gather evidence, information to ascertain the facts of the cases.
3. Prepare drafts of pleadings and appeal memoranda for review by the company's external litigation counsel and provide assistance in filing the requisite documents with the labor office and the court.
