The organisation is undertaking an organisational transformation programme involving a review of its organisational structure, operating model, roles and responsibilities, employment arrangements and ways of working.

Summary job description

Blue Ventures Conservation is seeking an experienced Legal Adviser / Legal Consultancy Firm to provide independent, practical and timely legal advice throughout the design and early implementation of the organisational transformation programme.

The assignment will have a particular focus on Malagasy employment and labour law, organisational restructuring, employee consultation, redundancy and termination, employee relations and legal risk management, together with related governance, regulatory, contractual and dispute-management matters.

We are looking for an adviser who can provide not only technically sound legal advice, but also clear, practical and proportionate recommendations that support senior management to make informed decisions and implement organisational change lawfully and effectively.
