Job Description

We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Legal Administrator to support an international Legal Team.

You will play a key role in managing legal invoices and purchase orders, maintaining accurate legal spend information, supporting matter management and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the department.

Responsibilities

• Manage legal invoices and Purchase Orders from creation through approval and payment, resolving discrepancies with internal teams and external law firms.
• Maintain accurate matter, supplier and legal spend information within SAP and the Matter Management System.
• Support financial reporting, including legal spend, WIP, cost estimates and associated trackers.
• Provide high-quality operational and administrative support covering documents, files, mailboxes, travel, expenses and team onboarding.
• Coordinate effectively with Legal, Finance, Procurement and external suppliers while supporting broader Legal projects and departmental initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree-level education in Business Administration, Finance, Law or a related discipline.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in Legal Administration, Legal Operations, Finance Administration, Accounts Payable, Procurement or a comparable corporate support function.
• Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, with experience using SAP or similar ERP/financial systems.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
