We're seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to support our Legal and Operations teams in managing the contract lifecycle for large-scale data center construction projects. This role ensures contractual documents are properly reviewed, tracked, organized, and executed throughout each project's lifecycle. The ideal candidate has experience in legal or contract administration within construction, engineering, or commercial contracting, and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
Required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of legal assistant, contract administration, or paralegal experience
Strong understanding of contract terminology and document management
Exceptional organizational skills; able to manage multiple deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Preferred
Experience supporting construction, electrical, engineering, or commercial contracting organizations
Experience with large-scale data center, mission-critical, or industrial construction projects
Familiarity with AIA, ConsensusDocs, EPC, design-build, or other construction contract formats
Experience with CLM or document management software
Knowledge of lien waivers, change orders, insurance requirements, and subcontract administration
