The Opportunity
We are seeking a poised, highly organized, and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to support our dynamic team of attorneys and paralegals. Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to attorneys in various practice areas, including litigation, corporate, and regulatory law
• Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents, correspondence, and filings with precision and professionalism
• Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Track deadlines, court dates, and manage docketing systems
• Liaise with clients, court personnel, and internal departments with diplomacy and tact
• Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems in compliance with firm protocols
