Aspen Careers is partnering with a respected legal organization in Columbus seeking 2–3 Temporary Legal Assistants to support its Ohio legal team during a busy period. This is an excellent opportunity for administrative professionals with legal office experience who enjoy working in a team-oriented environment and supporting a variety of legal matters.

Job Title: Temporary Legal Assistant

Location: Columbus, Ohio – 100% Onsite
Monday through Friday | Full-Time (40 hours per week)

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous legal assistant, administrative assistant, or office support experience preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general office technology
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Professional demeanor and strong customer service mindset
• Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday
• Comfortable supporting multiple team members and handling a variety of administrative tasks

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and clerical support to the Ohio legal group
• Assist with file management, document organization, and records maintenance
• Coordinate and process legal and administrative documents
• Support attorneys and legal staff across multiple matters
• Maintain accurate files and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
• Assist with general office and departmental support functions as needed

Compensation & Schedule:
