Monitor AAS e-Litigation system and inbox, ensuring timely action on applications.
Upload and maintain documents in Intelligent Workspace (IW) and perform data entry in Master Excel spreadsheets.
Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with document management systems.
Ability to handle multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.
Good communication skills and a proactive approach to administrative support.
