WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As Legal Account Manager in the Capital Markets team (LAM CM), you are part of an assigned client team and work closely with other legal and financial account managers to continuously exceed our client’s expectations. The LAM CM will be responsible for all legal matters of our fast growing client entity portfolio. In this role you are expected to continuously develop personally and professionally, deliver added value to all disciplines within Trustmoore and contribute to the further growth of our office.

Main responsibilities are:

• Act as the main point of contact for your client portfolio and oversee the day-to-day management of CM entities, including reviewing transaction documentation, coordinating closings, and ensuring timely execution of deliverables;
• Keep a client portfolio of SPVs in legal good standing by the local rules and regulations;
• Draft and review legal documents of a general civil and corporate law nature (such as board and shareholder’s resolutions, powers of attorney, loan agreements and contracts), handle the administration of various financial documents, and independently arrange, participate, and take minutes of client board meetings;
• Coordinate the incorporation, maintenance, and dissolution of client companies;
• Handle the onboarding of new clients and be responsible for ongoing compliance matters;
• Participating in business development activities by representing the organization worldwide as an effective ambassador;
• Keep track of new legal and fiscal developments, anticipate changes in legislation, and translate this into business opportunities;
• Build and maintain contact with investment managers, trustees, banks, clients, advisors and (inter)national authorities.

HOW DO YOU FIT IN THE TEAM?

As a LAM CM, you will manage ad hoc activities next to your daily work. In this position, you need to prioritize what is important, have a hands-on and independent work mentality and be able to deal with stress. A helicopter view is required. You are proactive, know what you are capable of, possess good communication skills and are not afraid of asking questions.

Other qualifications:

• A minimum of bachelor’s degree;
• Relevant work experience of minimum 3 years in fiduciary/corporate service;
• Proficiency in both spoken and in written English and in Dutch is an advantage;
• Flexible attitude and stress tolerance;
• Self motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team;
• Is quality focused, business minded and able to deliver excellent service to our clients;
• Willingness to develop your professional skills in an international environment;
• Extensive knowledge of relevant local and international regulations;
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving;
• Can work on multiple issues, change priorities, and organize workload.
