About the Role:

A leading oil & gas company in Thailand is
seeking a Legacy Systems Sub-Lead to
support system integration and data migration projects. This role is ideal for Thai candidates with 5-7 years of IT experience, particularly in legacy systems, data migration, and system integration

Key Responsibilities:

• Legacy
  Systems Assessment
  Analyze current system capabilities, limitations, and dependencies with
  other business processes.
• Implementation
  of Migration Strategies Work with the Legacy Lead to transition from legacy systems to modern platforms.
• Data
  Migration Activities Assist in data extraction, transformation, and loading
  (ETL) processes
  during system migrations.
• Integration
  Support Ensure
  smooth integration with existing IT infrastructure.
• Technical
  Documentation & Testing Document processes and conduct system testing to
  validate successful migration.
• User Support Provide training and
  troubleshooting support for system users.
• Cross-Functional
  Collaboration
  Work closely with IT teams, business units, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless
  migration process.
• Change
  Management
  Assist in managing system changes and transitions.

Qualifications:

Open to Thai candidates only

• 5-7 years of
  experience in IT, focusing on legacy systems, data migration,
  and system integration
• Strong knowledge of data migration tools and techniques
• Experience with programming languages used in legacy systems
• Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
