Legacy Systems Lead (Financial & Accounting focus / SAP FI/CO knowledge preferred) 6-Month Contract (Hybrid, Enco Building)

Our client, a leading Thai Oil & Gas conglomerate, is urgently looking for an IT Legacy Systems Lead to support a large-scale transformation program.

This is a 6-month outsourced contract role with a strong chance of extension, offering a hybrid working model based at the Enco Building in Bangkok

Role Responsibilities

• Legacy Systems Assessment Analyze current system capabilities, limitations, and dependencies with other business processes.

• Migration Strategy Development: Define the roadmap for legacy system decommissioning or integration with modern technologies.

• System Integration & Compatibility: Ensure seamless integration of legacy systems with new platforms.

• Data Migration & Management: Oversee data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.

• Change Management Support stakeholders through system transitions and ensure minimal business disruption.

Key Skills Required

• Open to Thai candidates only

• 7-10 years of experience in IT, focusing on legacy systems, system migrations, and integration projects

• Strong knowledge of legacy system architectures, data management, and integration technologies

• Familiarity with data migration tools, modernization methodologies, and project management practices

• Knowledge of Financial & Accounting systems or SAP FI/CO is highly desirable

• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, interpersonal communication, and change management capabilities

• Good communication skills in English & Thai
