• Base salary range: Level B, $122,876.00– $145,404 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.

About the opportunity

• Lead the design, implementation and evaluation of simulation-based learning frameworks aligned with professional and accreditation standards (e.g. ANMAC, NMBA).
• Deliver high-quality teaching across undergraduate and postgraduate programs using contemporary, technology-enabled simulation approaches.
• Drive curriculum development and innovation, ensuring programs remain industry-relevant and future-focused.
• Build strong partnerships with healthcare providers, industry partners and accrediting bodies.
• Contribute to scholarship and research in health professions education, including publication and collaboration.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, capability building and mentoring within the School.

About you

• PhD in Nursing (desirable) or equivalent professional qualifications and experience, with current professional registration.
• Demonstrated experience in simulation-based learning, curriculum design, and teaching in higher education.
• Proven ability to lead education innovation projects, including planning, delivery, evaluation and quality improvement.
• Strong track record in scholarship or research, including publications and collaborative academic engagement.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with experience building partnerships across healthcare, industry and academia.
