We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Lecturer / Senior Lecturer in Counselling and Psychotherapy to join our collaborative and community-focused academic team.
This role is central to our teaching mission and is ideal for someone deeply grounded in person-centred and humanistic-experiential approaches, with a strong commitment to experiential learning, supervision, and the development of therapeutic presence in students
You will contribute to high-quality teaching, curriculum innovation, and the development of a growing psychotherapy change research profile, supporting our commitment to training reflective, relational, and practice-ready graduates.

We are the major specialist paediatric hospital in Victoria and our care extends to children from Tasmania, southern New South Wales and other states around Australia and overseas.

We are the designated state-wide major trauma centre for paediatrics in Victoria and a Nationally Funded Centre for cardiac and liver transplantation.
