
The Department of Construction Management within the College of Built Environments at the University of Washington seeks applications for up to 2 Lecturer Part-Time positions.
These are 9-month (Sept 16th - June 15th) 1-5 year appointments with an anticipated start date of September 2026. They are expected to be part-time positions with a 0.5-0.6 FTE, and carry full fringe benefits. These positions are not promotable nor eligible for visa or permanent residence sponsorship. Applicants should expect this position to mainly focus on instructional duties, with participation in department service limited to department meetings.

Compensation: $7,000–$9,000 per month at full-time equivalency (1.0 FTE), prorated according to the appointed FTE.
Minimum Qualifications:
Desired qualifications include: Experience teaching in higher education; evidence of effective communication, or capability of incorporating information technology into the classroom; evidence of progressively responsible industry experience and knowledge of North American construction practices.
