Job Description

The Department of Biology and Environmental Science at the University of New Haven invites applications for a Lecturer or Visiting Assistant Professor position in Biology beginning August 2019. The Department seeks to hire someone with a passion for teaching innovative courses in Biology, Marine Biology, Environmental Science or related disciplines. Emphasis on biochemical processes or biotechnology is desired.

  • Ph.D. in Biological Science or appropriate discipline.
  • Demonstrated commitment to student centered learning.
  • A commitment to equity and inclusion in higher education.
  • University-level teaching experience is valued.
