As a Lecturer / Senior Lecturer (Professional Psychology), you will play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching, clinical supervision, and placement coordination within postgraduate psychology programs. This appointment will be made at Level B or Level C depending on the successful candidate’s skills and experience. Working closely with the Program Director, Clinic Director, academic staff, external psychologists, and students, you will contribute to an outstanding student experience while strengthening industry partnerships and supporting the professional development of future psychologists.

This is a fixed term (until 31st December 2027), full time or part time (minimum 0.60 FTE) position primarily based at either Griffith University Gold Coast or Brisbane South (Nathan). As Griffith is a multi-site university you may be required to work across other locations.
Griffith University’s sites are located on the lands of the Yugarabul, Yuggera, Jagera, Turrbal, Yugambeh and Kombumerri peoples.
Salary Range
The full time equivalent base salary will be Academic Level B range $117,076 - $139,031 per annum + 17% superannuation. The total FTE package will be in the range $136,979 - $162,667 per annum.
The full time equivalent base salary will be Academic Level C range $143,418 - $165,374 per annum + 17% superannuation. The total FTE package will be in the range $167,799 - $193,487 per annum.
