The School of Nursing and Midwifery is one of the largest of schools at Griffith University. The School is seeking to appoint a Lecturer (Level B) Midwifery in a teaching focused role, where you will undertake teaching, course coordination and curriculum development. It is a full-time position although part-time will be considered. You are expected to have demonstrated clinical midwifery expertise and teaching experience. You will also undertake some learning and teaching research or scholarship. If eligible, supervision of Honours and research higher degree student is possible.
This is a continuing, full time position primarily based at Griffith University Logan. As Griffith is a multi-site university you may be required to work across other locations.
Griffith University’s sites are located on the lands of the Yugarabul, Yuggera, Jagera, Turrbal, Yugambeh and Kombumerri peoples.
Salary Range
The full time equivalent base salary will be Academic Level B range $117,076 - $139,031 per annum + 17% superannuation. The total FTE package will be in the range $136,979 - $162,667 per annum.
