The Role
As a Lecturer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering engaging teaching across a range of Exercise Physiologist and Nutrition modules. You'll support students on campus, contribute to assessment and quality assurance, and be involved in scholarship and continuous curriculum improvement.
We are seeking an Exercise Physiologist with the confidence and expertise to lead Level 5 and Level 6 physiology modules. The successful candidate will deliver a suite of engaging laboratory practicals, including skinfold assessments, CPET (Cardiopulmonary Exercise Testing), and blood lactate sampling—and demonstrate the application of these methodologies to core physiological concepts.
The role requires a versatile practitioner capable of translating theory into practice across both high-performance sport and clinical populations. Furthermore, a background or additional expertise in Sport Nutrition would be highly advantageous, fostering interdisciplinary synergy and strengthening the broader curriculum.
