  • Accurately assess learner progress, providing timely, constructive feedback to support achievement and confidence.
  • Maintain high-quality learner records, assessments, and tracking documentation in line with College requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with Construction lecturers, curriculum leaders, and employer partners to ensure an industry-responsive offer.
  • Contribute to learner recruitment, open events, employer engagement activities, and promotional events.
  • Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment in line with safeguarding and health & safety expectations.

What you'll bring

  • A valid CSCS Card.
  • Recent and relevant industry experience within the Construction sector.
  • A passion for supporting young people to succeed and progress into apprenticeships and employment.

  • Level 2 English and Maths (GCSE or equivalent).

Desirable (but not essential)
  • PASMA qualification.
  • Experience delivering work-related learning, employability skills, or vocational enrichment.
  • Experience working with Level 2 learners in FE or training environments.
