This is an evergreen Lecturer Pool for the College of Business at UCCS. Applications will be reviewed on a semester-by-semester basis as business needs arise.

Pay Range $4,000 for a 3-credit hour undergraduate course. $4,500 for a 3-credit hour graduate course. This position is Exempt from the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) overtime provisions.
Because this appointment is temporary in nature, you will not be eligible to receive all of the benefits normally provided to faculty under the standard University of Colorado benefits programs You are not eligible to receive paid vacation leave, medical, or retirement benefits. However, you are eligible to accrue sick leave at 0.034 hours of sick leave per hour worked.
Work Location Determined by course modality: On-campus, online, or hybrid. Remote teaching opportunities may be available under certain conditions.
The College of Business and Administration at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS) will establish and maintain a pool of Lecturers in Career Exploration & Development (ROAR Program) from which future appointments to temporary, non-tenure track positions will be made. Appointments are part-time (less than 50% time) and will be made semester-by-semester.
The R.O.A.R. program prepares undergraduate College of Business students for their transition from college to career. This program focuses on career exploration, career planning, professionalism, networking, and mentorship, and consists of three phases: Find your ROAR, Refine your ROAR, and Ready to ROAR. Students are required to complete the phases in succession along with additional career development events and internships as a graduation requirement.
This position will teach classes in the areas of:

This is a revolving Lecturer Pool for the College of Business. If there is a course opening and your qualifications match a course and the minimum requirements, you may be contacted at that time.
