Project LIFT, the South Carolina Faculty Pipeline program is dedicated to developing doctoral students into nursing faculty at South Carolina Universities. Socialization, mentoring, training in academic nursing, research and scholarship, teaching and other professional service will be provided through the fellowship.
Work with assigned mentors: Principal investigators, co-investigators, grant staff and others to assist with implementation of research studies and other educational scholarship. Collaborate and assist research team members with recruiting and/or scheduling participants, execute informed consent, collect, and facilitate the management of data; organize findings; provide administrative support, preparing reports, professional presentations and manuscripts.
Execute the assigned teaching development plan including participation in offered faculty training programs; fellowship training, guest lectures, teaching assignments and other teaching duties as assigned.
