As a Leave Analyst, you will be responsible for managing employee workers’ compensation cases, leaves of absence, disability, and ADA accommodation requests, with a strong focus on delivering positive and supportive employee experience. You will provide consultative, empathetic guidance to employees, helping them understand their options and feel supported during often complex or sensitive situations. In partnership with HR teams, you will ensure employees requesting leaves and accommodations receive timely, consistent, and people centered support. Acting as the primary point of contact for HR partners across a wide range of leave and accommodation topics, you will help create a seamless, compassionate experience that supports employees throughout their leave and accommodation journey.
This role is based in our Raleigh, North Carolina (NC) office. This is not a remote position.
Workers’ Compensation
Leave of Absence, Disability, and ADA Administration
Systems & Reporting (AbsenceSoft, Excel, UKG Pro) Serve as the primary system administrator for AbsenceSoft, including case management, reporting, audits, and enhancements. Create and maintain complex Excel reports using functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data validation. Partner with HRIS teams to improve workflows and automation across leave and WC processes.
