The Leasing & Services Management Specialist is an experienced professional in leasing operations and aftersales process management, with focus on process setup, and optimization across the full leasing lifecycle.

This is a fixed-term contract for up to 3 years.

What awaits you?

  • Εnd-to-end ownership of leasing and aftersales processes, from contract setup and payout execution to modifications, vehicle returns and final settlements.
  • Operate accurate payout and payment processing.
  • Coordinate vehicle return processed incl. inspection management, and financial reconciliation
  • Manage additional products/services related to leasing (insurance renewals/cancellations, green cards, accident handling, replacement vehicles).
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve operational issues.
  • Identify and drive process improvements and digital initiatives.
  • Support the implementation of new digital tools and systems to optimize workflows.
  • Act as key operational interface between sales teams, dealers, insurers and internal stakeholders, resolving complex cases and operational escalation
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

What should you bring along?

  • Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Significant experience (e.g., 3-5+ years) in leasing, financial services, or automotive aftersales operations.
  • Strong knowledge of leasing processes, contract management, and aftersales customer service.
  • Proven ability to manage complex customer cases and operational issues.
  • Experience with process optimization and digital tools implementation is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders. Ability to interact and build relations with people at all levels (customers, sales people, dealers)
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Fluent in Greek and English,
  • Microsoft suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
