What You'll Do
- Welcome and connect with prospective residents through tours, calls, emails, and follow-up
- Lease apartments and assist prospects throughout the application process
- Conduct property tours and showcase available apartments and amenities
- Maintain model apartments and vacant homes to ensure they are tour-ready
- Prepare and maintain accurate leasing and resident records
- Respond to resident and prospect questions with professionalism and urgency
- Support resident retention and property marketing efforts
- Maintain compliance with Fair Housing and company policies
- Help create a positive, high-energy experience for residents and prospects
What We're Looking For
- Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, positive, and customer-focused approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills; experience with Entrata is a plus
- Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
- Availability to work Saturdays
- High school diploma or GED
