Weekend-Only Schedule | 12 Hours/Week | Leasing Commissions

Looking for a part-time opportunity that fits your schedule? Grande at Indian Lake is looking for a friendly, motivated Leasing Professional to join our team Saturdays and Sundays for 12 hours per week.

If you enjoy helping people, building relationships, and creating a great first impression, this could be a great fit. Leasing, sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and strong communication skills matter most.

What You'll Do

• Welcome prospective residents and provide exceptional customer service
• Conduct apartment tours and showcase community amenities
• Respond to phone, email, and online inquiries
• Follow up with prospects and help convert leads into leases
• Assist with applications and lease documentation
• Support resident needs and create a positive community experience
• Keep model apartments and common areas presentation-ready
• Assist with community marketing and resident events
• Maintain accurate prospect and resident records

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or leasing experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Friendly, professional, and dependable
• Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office
• Organized and able to multitask
• Available to work Saturdays and Sundays
• Ability to walk the community, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
