What You'll Do
- Tour prospective residents and showcase apartment homes
- Follow up with leads by phone, email, and text
- Process rental applications and complete lease agreements
- Collect rental deposits and maintain resident files
- Ensure model apartments and common areas are tour-ready
- Conduct daily property inspections
- Assist with resident inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Support community marketing efforts and local outreach initiatives
- Maintain compliance with Fair Housing guidelines and company policies
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous leasing experience preferred but not required
- Strong customer service, sales, hospitality, or retail experience required
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience with Entrata and social media platforms is a plus
- Available to work Saturdays
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
- Ability to walk the community, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
