Key Responsibilities:

• Assist prospective residents through the leasing process, from initial contact to signed lease
• Maintain accurate resident and property files
• Ensure model units and tour paths are clean and show-ready
• Stay informed on current availability, rental rates, lease terms, and property policies
• Conduct daily property walks and unit inspections
• Respond to resident requests and concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Support marketing and outreach efforts, including social media engagement and local business networking
• Uphold all Fair Housing, OSHA, and EPA regulations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior leasing experience preferred. Strong customer service/sales background required.
• Strong communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Comfortable using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
• Able to walk the property, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and a team player
• Availability to work Saturdays
