Required Experience & QualificationsMinimum 1 year of multifamily leasing experience required Bilingual in English and Spanish required English proficiency required; additional languages such as Arabic, Pashto, and Urdu are a plus Tax Credit knowledge is a plus Experience with OneSite, ActiveBuilding, Blue Moon, and Funnel preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented with the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and strong listening skills Reliable transportation Social media experience is a plus Hospitality experience is a plus Proven ability to close leases
