The Preserve at Crestwood is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Professional to join our team in Huntsville, AL. Key Responsibilities

• Drive leasing activity to meet and exceed occupancy goals
• Conduct community tours and guide prospects through the leasing process
• Prepare lease agreements, collect deposits, and coordinate move-ins
• Maintain accurate prospect and resident records in property management systems
• Ensure model units and vacant apartments are clean, staged, and tour-ready
• Respond to prospect and resident inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Support marketing efforts, including outreach and social media engagement
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience required; leasing experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; comfortable using social media platforms
• Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25lbs as needed
• Must be available to work Saturdays
