The Slate, a premier apartment community in Nashville, is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Leasing Professional to join our team! What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Leasing experience preferred; customer service or sales background required
- Bilingual candidates are a plus
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, goal-driven setting
- Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel); Entrata experience is a plus
- Comfortable using social media for marketing
- Saturday availability required
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and tour prospective residents
- Accurately complete lease agreements and collect deposits
- Ensure model units and tour paths are clean and ready
- Maintain resident records and knowledge of lease terms and property amenities
- Respond promptly to resident questions or concerns
- Conduct property inspections and help with local marketing outreach
- Uphold professional standards and comply with Fair Housing regulations
