What You’ll Do

• Guide prospects through the leasing process and secure new leases
• Ensure model units are tour-ready and appealing
• Maintain accurate resident/property files
• Promote the community through marketing & social media
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve resident concerns

What We’re Looking For

• Availability to work Saturdays (required)
• High school diploma/GED required
• Leasing experience preferred (customer service or sales background required)
• Professional, dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
• Strong computer skills; Entrata/social media a plus
• Ability to walk property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25lbs
• High school diploma or GED
