What We're Looking For
- Previous apartment leasing experience is required
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong customer service, sales, and closing skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience with Entrata is a plus
- Comfortable using social media for marketing (Facebook, Instagram)
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
- Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Availability to work Saturdays
What You'll Do
- Conduct apartment tours and convert prospects into residents
- Process applications, leases, and renewals accurately
- Deliver outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents
- Maintain model apartments and ensure curb appeal
- Assist with resident retention and community events
- Perform daily property inspections
- Maintain accurate resident files and leasing documentation
- Follow Fair Housing and company policies at all times
