What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Saturday availability required
• Prior leasing experience is a plus but not required
• Strong background in customer service, sales, or hospitality
• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Familiarity with Entrata and social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram preferred
• Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25lbs

What You’ll Do:

• Greet prospective residents, give tours, and complete lease agreements
• Prepare model units and ensure they are tour-ready
• Maintain accurate resident and leasing files
• Guide applicants through screening and leasing requirements
• Promote the property through local outreach and social media
• Handle resident questions and requests with professionalism
• Conduct regular property inspections
• Follow OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing guidelines
