What You'll Do

• Lease apartments, process applications, and collect deposits
• Deliver excellent service to residents and prospects
• Prepare model units and conduct tours
• Maintain leasing files and documentation
• Support marketing efforts and build local connections
• Perform property walks and ensure readiness
• Follow Fair Housing, OSHA, and company policies

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years of apartment leasing experience required
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Experience with Entrata, Facebook, and Instagram is a plus
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
• Must be available to work Saturdays
• Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs.
