What You'll Do

• Conduct apartment tours and showcase community amenities across multiple communities
• Respond to phone, email, text, and online leasing inquiries
• Build relationships with prospective residents and close leases
• Process applications, lease paperwork, renewals, and resident files
• Assist with resident retention and renewal efforts
• Help implement marketing and outreach initiatives
• Maintain model apartments, leasing offices, and tour routes
• Support resident events and community engagement activities
• Deliver exceptional customer service to prospects and residents
• Travel between assigned communities as needed to support leasing efforts

What We're Looking For

• Sales or customer service experience required
• Apartment leasing experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Positive, energetic, and goal-oriented attitude
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Entrata or similar property management software is a plus
• Social media marketing experience is a plus
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
