Position: Leasing Professional
Location: College Park & River View at Bexley - Columbus, OH
Office Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30am-5pm, alternating Saturdays, and after-hours as needed

Pay Rate: $16-$19/hour (based on experience), plus commissions, incentives and bonus potential

What You'll Do:

As a key member of our leasing team, you’ll play an essential role in creating a welcoming experience for prospective and current residents while supporting the day-to-day leasing and marketing efforts across two communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective residents, showcase model apartments, and highlight community amenities
  • Handle inquiries, conduct property tours, and manage follow-up communication in Yardi
  • Assist with application verification, lease renewals, and insurance verification
  • Ensure a smooth move-in experience and overall property readiness
  • Maintain the pristine condition of model apartments, target units, and market-ready vacancies
  • Conduct market surveys, evaluate competitor properties, and contribute to innovative marketing strategies
  • Support the property’s social media presence and assist with planning resident events and activities

Who You Are:

  • Experience in multifamily housing leasing, sales, or direct, face-to-face customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto-insurance
  • Experience with Yardi software (preferred)
  • Meticulous, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a cheerful outlook.
  • Effective time management and multitasking abilities, with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience in property showings, lease negotiations, and managing the application process.
  • Ability to conduct market surveys and competitive analysis.
  • Familiarity with managing and maintaining social media platforms.
