We are seeking proactive and results-driven Leasing Officers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting available properties, managing client relationships, and achieving leasing and sales targets. This role requires strong market awareness, excellent communication skills, and a strategic approach to property marketing and negotiation.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate market to expand the companys client base.
Maximize leasing and sales performance of owned and partner properties by developing and implementing effective marketing strategies.
Plan and execute marketing activities to achieve assigned leasing targets within specified timelines.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys to identify market trends and opportunities.
Schedule and attend meetings with potential clients to present available properties and negotiate leasing terms.
Prepare and finalize marketing contracts with landlords and property owners for external properties.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all existing and upcoming vacant properties, both internal and external.
Identify and implement new campaigns, services, and distribution channels to improve market reach and increase revenue.
Provide accurate and timely leasing reports and updates to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, leasing procedures, and client service standards.
Education: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in real estate leasing, sales, or property management.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding leasing/sales targets.
Strong understanding of the Qatar real estate market and property laws.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM/property management software.
Professional appearance and presentation.
Valid Qatar Driving License preferred.
