Here are some responsibilities for the potential Leasing & Marketing Specialist:
Marketing & Outreach (Primary Focus)
Execute on-site and digital marketing strategies to increase visibility and lead generation
Create, schedule, and manage social media content across multiple platforms
Maintain and optimize online listings, photos, videos, and property descriptions
Build relationships with local businesses, employers, schools, and community partners
Coordinate outreach events, open houses, pop-ups, and promotional campaigns
Track marketing performance, traffic sources, and lead quality
Brand & Community Presence
Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels and on-site materials
Maintain strong curb appeal and model presentation to support marketing efforts
Assist with resident events and retention-focused campaigns
Represent the community at local networking and marketing events
Leasing Support
Assist with prospect tours, follow-up, and application support as needed
Convert marketing leads into qualified prospects through timely communication
Collaborate with the leasing and management team to support occupancy goals
