Responsibilities:

In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:• Collect the local rental market information, analyze and report the company's property rental performance;• Assist the general manager of the company to prepare a proposal for leasing decisions and subsequently to implement and manage it;• Responsible for establishing and managing relationships with local brokers/tenants and to manage the property management and lease contracts negotiation process with the view to protect the company's interest

• 熟悉各个中介代理渠道

• 有积极主动开拓市场和客户的能力，业绩驱动导向。

• 对租赁合同的条款有专业和细致的理解，有很强的谈判能力。

• 有良好的和楼内客户互动和维护租户关系的能力

• 有敏锐的商业头脑，能从甲方的角度理解各种租赁条件，以最大化甲方利益

• 有较强的团队协作能力，能配合财务、物业一起完成相关业务。

• 熟悉各种报告软件的使用，有较强的市场信息的收集和分析能力，帮助管理层更好的判断市场变化。

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications: • A degree in the related job field. • At least 3 to 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role.
