Qualifications:
- 2+ years of multifamily leasing experience required
- Previous lease-up experience strongly preferred
- Must be licensed to sign residential lease agreements in South Carolina
- Proven success in leasing, resident retention, and occupancy growth
- Experience coaching and motivating leasing professionals
- Strong customer service, sales, and closing skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel (Entrata experience preferred)
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily leasing operations while achieving occupancy and leasing goals
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, and development of leasing team members
- Execute leasing and marketing strategies to maximize traffic, conversions, and resident retention
- Review and sign lease agreements in accordance with South Carolina requirements
- Monitor rent collections and assist with delinquency management
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and other administrative responsibilities
- Maintain the professional appearance of the office, model, and community
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the resident experience
