A high-energy, luxury, fully furnished student housing community is seeking a driven Leasing Manager to lead leasing performance at a 149-unit market-rate community in Westwood. This full-time, on-site role is responsible for driving occupancy, managing leasing operations, and delivering an exceptional resident and prospect experience.
This position is ideal for a leasing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, student-focused environment and is motivated by performance-based incentives and hands-on leadership.
🏡 WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead and manage all leasing activities for a 149-unit luxury student housing community
- Drive occupancy through effective leasing strategy, follow-up, and closing techniques
- Manage prospect pipeline, tours, applications, and lease conversions
- Train, coach, and support leasing team members to improve performance
- Oversee leasing reports, traffic tracking, and performance metrics
- Ensure a high-quality prospect and resident experience from first tour through move-in
- Collaborate with marketing efforts to maintain strong leasing velocity
- Support renewal strategy and resident retention initiatives
- Maintain compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies
- Assist with resident relations and day-to-day operational support as needed

WHAT IT TAKES
- 2–3+ years of residential leasing or property management experience
- Proven ability to close leases and drive occupancy
- Strong leadership or team mentorship experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume leasing environment
- Familiarity with property management software such as Entrata, Yardi, or similar platforms preferred
