  • Job Title: Senior Manager, Leasing

  • Source new office tenants and achieve premium rental rates.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen business relationships with tenants.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and internal decision-making processes regarding space requirements.
  • Negotiate renewals, expansions, and consolidations for office tenants.
  • Create customer loyalty to improve retention and achieve rental rate premiums.
  • Administer tenancies, ensuring compliance with terms of agreements.
  • Provide annual work plans for tenancy agreement renewals and obligations.
  • Manage the process of renewal tenancy and agreements.
  • Oversee handover and takeover of properties.
  • Job Requirements:
  • Educational qualification in Real Estate preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the property industry, specialising in Office Leasing.
  • Good knowledge of real estate laws in various countries.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of successful leasing transactions.
  • Excellent leadership, entrepreneurial qualities, initiative, and drive.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
