This is a remote position.

We are hiring a Leasing Lead Coordinator to manage incoming leads, schedule property tours, and handle follow-up communication. This is a client-facing role requiring strong English communication and the ability to engage professionally with prospective tenants.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Call, text, and email incoming leads promptly
• 
  Qualify prospective tenants and gather key details
• 
  Schedule property tours for leasing agents
• 
  Coordinate calendars and manage availability
• 
  Send confirmations and reminders to reduce no-shows
• 
  Follow up with prospects after tours
• 
  Maintain accurate records of all communications
• 
  Keep lead pipelines organized and up to date

Requirements:

• 
  Strong spoken and written English
• 
  Clear communication with minimal accent
• 
  Comfortable on phone calls and texting with leads
• 
  Organized and detail-oriented
• 
  Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations
• 
  Reliable and responsive during working hours
• 
  Experience in customer service, appointment setting, or leasing is a plus
• 
  CRM experience is a plus (Zoho preferred but not required)
