Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for prospective tenants, providing property tours and addressing inquiries.
• Manage the end-to-end leasing process, including marketing available properties, conducting property viewings, and negotiating lease terms.
• Prepare leasing agreements and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property listings, market trends, and competitor offerings.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with tenants and landlords, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate property inspections, maintenance requests, and tenant move-ins/move-outs.
• Work closely with the property management team to ensure a seamless leasing experience.
• Update and maintain accurate records of tenant information, lease documents, and payments in the system.
• Assist in achieving leasing targets and meeting KPIs for occupancy and revenue.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in property management or leasing in Dubai.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centric approach.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with Dubai real estate laws and regulations is a plus.
• Attributes: Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
