The Leasing Development Trainer (LDT) delivers in-person and virtual training to leasing teams within an assigned territory to drive sales performance and support company leasing goals. This role assesses training needs, develops and facilitates programs, and provides hands-on coaching to both new and experienced team members.
The LDT serves as a key resource, mentor, and ambassador for leasing excellence, supporting new acquisitions and collaborating with regional leaders to ensure a consistent and effective training experience across the organization.
